As the organization’s President and CEO, Brock poured his life into equipping underserved communities to rise above systemic barriers through mentorship and empowerment.
Brock founded TransformUs in 2013 with a clear mission: to create catalysts for change. His work focused on at-risk youth and young adults, offering mentorship, guidance, and opportunities many had never been given before. Under his leadership, the organization grew to become a respected grassroots force for good.
With over 20 years of experience in corporate leadership and mentorship, Brock brought a unique blend of professionalism and heartfelt passion to his role. He was a living example of what transformation could look like, using his own journey to uplift others. His decision to leave the corporate world in 2017 to follow his calling speaks volumes about his courage and commitment.
In 2023, Brock was recognized among Arlington’s top 40 business and community leaders—a reflection of the lives he touched and the bridges he built. His ability to connect with people and inspire them toward purpose and impact was unparalleled.
Beyond his work with TransformUs, Brock played a vital role in pushing for racial equity and cultural change. As a Board Member of the AMA YMCA, he championed initiatives through the Diversity, Inclusion, and Global Equity Committee. His efforts were not just about short-term impact—they were about long-term, generational change.
